Meet The Optical Team

The Louisville Eyeworks team are your neighbors. We also happen to be a group of experienced optometrists, skilled opticians, and friendly staff committed to serving you through the years and making sure you’re getting the best eye care possible.

Aron Arenas has been with the Eyeworks team since 2013 and working in the optical industry since 2006. Aron takes great pride in giving each customer a personable experience while picking out the perfect pair of glasses and is exceptional in the entirety of the lab operation. When not at Eyeworks, Aron enjoys nothing more than spending time with his three kids.

Elijah Arenas has been with the Eyeworks team since 2024. He enjoys getting to know the ins and outs of each frame line to help find the best frame choice for each individual. He enjoys learning about the lab from his dad, Aron. In his free time, you can find Elijah spending time with his family and his new puppy.

Anthony Bartolo has been part of the team for several years. Along with being a highly experienced optician, he is our billing and insurance specialist. When not at work, you can find Tony enjoying comedy and traveling.
Hannah Stuckey is an ABO-certified optician and has been a part of Eyeworks since 2020. She has been in the optical field since 2015. She loves picking the perfect eyeglass frames to match each client’s personality and fashion. She enjoys hiking, roller skating, raising chickens, and (as of late!) snowboarding.

In addition to our full-time associates, we also have long-standing part-time opticians that have been with Eyeworks for many years.

Recently Retired

Leah Bradley was a receptionist, frame stylist, and general ambassador of goodwill. She met Dr. Roffis in college in 1980, and they have been together ever since. Leah is a painter who received an MFA from CSU and used to hang her paintings at Eyeworks. As an artist, Leah took pleasure from helping clients choose frames that looked great and brought them joy up until her retirement in February 2025.

Rick Egleston was an optician for nearly forever and knew the ins and outs of this field like nobody else. His service, dedication, and honesty were unparalleled. Dr. Roffis and Rick started working together in 1991, and they complemented each other very well, ensuring the best for their clients.
